Teriyaki Flank Steak

¼ cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp. Honey
3 cloves garlic, pressed
2 tsp. ginger, pressed
2-3 green onions chopped (green and white parts)
2 Tbsp. red wine or cider vinegar (1 Tbsp. white vinegar)
2 cups vegetable oil

Mix all ingredients in a 1 gallon Ziploc, add flank steak, marinate overnight and turn at least once.

I usually count about 500g steak per person since it shrinks and people love it.
